DPC Alliance Members,

My name is Neal Douglas and it is an honor to be nominated by my peers for a position on the Advisory Committee of the DPC Alliance Board. My practice is located in the scenic Columbia River Gorge along the Pacific Cascade Mountain range. My practice is in my home in the most beautiful place on earth.

In my prior private practice I ran a mixed model as I was intrigued with DPC straight out of residency. Five years later, I left the FFS world and opened my pure DPC practice in February of 2018 and have never looked back. As a new DPC and the only clinic in town, I feel very blessed to be at 50% capacity (just over 250) in the 18 months I have been open. I am now growing at 15-20 members per month on word of mouth alone.

As many of you know, I am a very vocal advocate for Direct Primary Care and the National impact it will have on our healthcare system. We need to grow and we need to grow fast. Serving on the Advisory Committee would allow me to advocate for DPC in a much more impactful way. Specifically, I am interested in growing the DPC alliance by actively recruiting physicians and residents to our cause.

Again, thank you for considering me for this position, it is truly an honor.

Sincerely,

Neal
