Who We are

With the generous support of our founding members, the Direct Primary Care Alliance was formed on January 1, 2018. Since then, we have grown into the largest membership organization for DPC physicians in the nation. While still in our infancy we continue to serve the needs of our members and broader DPC movement in a number of ways.

Our Mission

The Direct Primary Care (DPC) Alliance is a grassroots, non-profit organization providing vision, leadership, and guidance about Direct Primary Care through physician-led education, mentorship, advocacy, and organizational intelligence.


The DPC Alliance is a Maine based nonprofit membership association.
